loyalty team upgrade

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello,

I have had calls recently from the O2 loyalty team saying they can waver any upfront costs and a better deal for my upgrade but i couldnt decide on a phone. I have now decided what phone i would like but i cant find a way to get through to the O2 loyalty team to process my upgrade as through the normal upgrade process i will have to pay upfront cost for the phone i want. Is there any way i can get in contact with the loyalty team directly?

It could be O2 or it could be a 'trusted partner' in which case you need to be very careful. Best thing to do is to get a number to call them and then put it on here or Google it. If you hear the word Aerial, give them no details and agree to nothing!

Is this a scam?

Most likely, yes.

As confirmed already, o2 do not have a loyalty team.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
