Why is the o2 chat not working ? Im trying to pay my bill and nothing is working. I treid to pay online several times it always shows me an default. It is very annoying. Im sitting here since an hour and im not able to pay my bill if nothing is working here.
I can not call as im In germany at the moment I need the chat, email or pay online option.
