Has anyone ever gone to http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus and logged in and not got "Give us a moment"...

 

I was expecting a chat box to customer services like BT and nPower have?

It does work fine but some times of the day are busier than others.
There are also a lot of iPhone inquiries taking all the agents time at the moment.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

On what device and using which browser?
Any pop up or ad blockers running?
Try lowering your security settings in firewall if on PC etc......
