has anyone recieved a house of fraser voucher yet the one you got for taking the HTC M8?

Have you tried the advice at the bottom of the form re contact us it is a 3rd party not o2 or htc but note there is no one there today

Hi,

 

I received my gift card this morning but I'm having problems activating it! I'm assuming that the activation code is the one in the bottom right corner. But after inputting all the details they want it comes up with 'invalid activation details'. Why does it have to be so hard to claim a freebie??? Don't know

Got the same problem here, received my card and cannot activate it.

 

HTC said call O2, O2 said call HTC

 

Nobody seems to know whats going on
