Switch from monthly to pay as you go

I had requested a switch fromonthly to pay as go on the 18.05.2014 as advised over the telephone as I am now in America and travelling to Australia for 13months but my switch hasn't taken place because they had a system update on the 19.05.2014 now I'm travelling & on pay monthly. Not happy and don't know what to do?

I'd suggest turning off 'mobile data' too in your phones settings until this is sorted so their is no run up roaming costs.

Possibly use a local SIM card if your phones unlocked.

just a thought so there's not a mess to sort out later. slight_smile
