Upgraded my phone 28th March but I seem to remember that you were not allowed to fill in the details online to claim until about April 10th so it's not actually been 28 days yet.
Was just curious if anyone else had heard anything.

I just kinda expected that I might have had an email or something at least to confirm that I'd submitted a claim. The website did confirm at the time, just no email confirmation.

Guess I will just have to wait a bit longer

Got my card and it can't be activated.

Neither O2 or HTC seem to know who's responsibility it is to help me

By the way it comes in a plain standard delivery envelope containing nothing but the card so keep a close eye out
