I received an email from Marjo. I asked '02 Chat' if it were a scam. They said it was and not to click on anything and to delete it and send a screen shot to the community forum. So I have attached it.

Hi @zaffy I'm one of the community managers here on the O2 forums and I can confirm that this is not a scam in any way. We have a rewards program on the community that provides our members will a small deduction to their bills for taking part on the community.
