download old bills after leaving O2

Hi, can anyone tell me how to download previous monthly phone bills after leaving O2 please?

Do you not have a "disconnected bill" further down the page?

Could you, in your wisdom suggest anything else at all to try?

That's most strange as it's a legal requirement for you to have access for 2 years.
