how can I change the card details for direct debits

Yes. It takes you to My O2. I have used that picture before so added it to make it easier for the OP...

It might for you Rich (as you posted the link) . On my PC it took me directly to My O2 where I had to log in. I did try it.

AFTER I logged in it took me to the usual page.

Click on Pay Monthly

then this comes up

Not sure why I am being put through a test actually. Suffice it to say it did not take me Manage Payment page.
