cancel pay monthly sim card

Hi I need to now cancel my mums pay as you go card. She is now registered blind and can no longer use the phone. You will see from the history of activity this card has not been used.

 

i hope you will consider my mums position and react accordingly.

You need to talk directly to O2.

Usually you can't cancel in contract.

You can cancel at anytime but if still in contract you will be billed up to the end.

Indeed, posted in pay monthly but mentions PAYG.

PAYG don't need to be cancelled, just stop any auto top ups in your MyO2 and throw the sim in the bin.
