I have been trying for nearly 12 hours to speak to an online chat agent but I keep getting cut off saying there is no one available. I want to pay my outstanding bill but cannot do this until friday. i cannot ring the payment management team as i have laryngitis and cant speak properly hence why I am trying the chat. It is so frustrating that I cant get this resolved

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 who’ll find a solution that’s right for you.
Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Customer service cannot take payments either.
