Cannot use my TUI competition winning holiday voucher

@Dave-O2I am having problems using my TUI competition winning holiday voucher, there is no expiry date on the voucher link I was provided on the email by the O2 Holiday Voucher team, I have contacted TUI and this information is required in order for me to use the voucher on a booking
