Hi, I won a £20 Pizza Express gift card on the Blue Monday competition. I filled my details in and it said I would receive an email immediately with my voucher. I never received an email. Can this be manually be sent please. I can provide the relevant details.

Your best bet @Mal_1990 is to send a PM to the community manager, @Dave-O2, and he will hopefully look at it on Monday.
Click on his name above and select "Send a message". He will need an explanation including what you won and when, your e-mail address and mobile number.
I assume that you have checked your Junk/Spam folder ?

The code in the email is a 9 digit code and the balance of it can be checked online - here https://www.pizzaexpressgift.com/
(initially i thought you needed a QR or similar) but it is just the code that is needed to give to the Pizza Express table server at checkout)
Just click Balance Checker at the top - enter the code and click the captcha stuff etc to see the balance of £20 and can have more than one voucher at a time to use at the checkout.
