Hi guys

I am on 10 pounds big bundle tarriff and I want to change to 20 pounds bundle. But I want to do it effective from today and not waiting till the end of the month allowance on the 10 bundle, any body can help me with that?

should I cancell my 10 bundle 1st and how can I do that?

Having quickly checked the Big Bundles section of the help pages (http://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-and-go/big-bundles#qs) to change tariffs you text the correct code to the customer service number of 21300:

10BUNDLE (for the £10 tariff)
15BUNDLE (for the £15 tariff)
20BUNDLE (for the £20 tariff)
25BUNDLE (for the £25 tariff)

Or you can call 2202.

Or you can use the Myo2 app.

thanks for the answer.

I know about these steps, but the fact that I subscribe to the 10 pounds bundle on 20th feb make the new changes valid from 20th march which I wanted t be valid from today

any ideas
