Enforcement and Termination notice

Anonymous

As you might or might not be aware, I cancelled my plan under the 14 days cooling off period.

All well and good however I received a letter this morning headed 'Enforcement and Termination notice'.

It then goes on to say that in accordance with clause 17 of your phone plan Credit Agreement, we will terminate your credit agreement on 29th January 2016 and require full early repayment of the outstanding sum.

I then have 14 days to pay the £600 payment upfront or it will be passed to a debt collection agency.

Absolutely astounded and customer services can't seem to work out what's going on either.

Only customer service can resolve this for you. Did you get a signature when the phone was returned. It should be easy enough for them to check that the device was returned.

That's good news and hopefully should be sorted with a simple phone call. Let us know how you get on.

You are covered then. Obviously an error...albeit an appalling one....

System glitches? Getting beyond a joke now I think...

Spoke to a friendly chap on the phone called Vincent ; the device hasn't been marked as returned so the live chat agents have been misinforming me.

I have the receipt that shows it was delivered on the 13th January so all should be okay.

I'm getting a phone call later today to update on what's happening
