Resolved! Sim only deals, what does 'set 4' mean

Hi all,I'm new to o2, just ordered a sim only deal.The order says the sim is 'set 4', I've seen another order that says 'set 8'.Just wondering what the difference is and if it's significant.Regards,Kev

Phone upgrade failure

I upgraded my phone in 5th Nov , O 2 take you through whole process with no mention of being out of stock until you have commitec to it , why is this ? If I had known phone was out of stock I would not have wasted my time
