I ordered an upgrade phone, it was sent to my old address by error, contacted 02 to get it sent to my new address, after a lot of hassle I was assured it would be on its way to my new address, that was 3 days ago, my 02 has not updated delivery time, and the courier has not been in contact, an absolute shambles.
Anyone faced this type of situation before.
