Where is my new 'phone?

Ordered my upgrade on the 28th April. System said it was in stock.

Took my CC details to pay the upgrade charge plus a case. Took the money.

Immediately received an email saying 'something has gone wrong'.

Called the following day only to be told it was out of stock and would be 3 days.


Called again on Sunday. After much complaining told it would be shipped Monday (yesterday).

Still haven't received it despite O2 sitting on my cash for a week now.

Dreadful service. I'm tempted to send it back when it comes and cancel my contract.

It really is very poor considering how long I have been a customer.

There is a problem at the moment where the system says it is in stock but after you've ordered it it isn't. I doubt it will have been shipped yesterday as it was a bank holiday.

Call cs on 202 & ask them as we have no access to your account

Sadly this is par for the course with the O2 online shop. So many people have the same thing happen to them. Always best to go instore and walk out with the phone you want. A bit late to tell you this now...but that's the way it is I am sorry to say slight_frown

There are many possible resons for this hopefully they'll get it to you soon.

 

Being a long time customer won't have any effect on this though.
