Where is my new 'phone?

Ordered my upgrade on the 28th April. System said it was in stock.

Took my CC details to pay the upgrade charge plus a case. Took the money.

Immediately received an email saying 'something has gone wrong'.

Called the following day only to be told it was out of stock and would be 3 days.


Called again on Sunday. After much complaining told it would be shipped Monday (yesterday).

Still haven't received it despite O2 sitting on my cash for a week now.

Dreadful service. I'm tempted to send it back when it comes and cancel my contract.

It really is very poor considering how long I have been a customer.

Only if he stays with o2 that he might get a goodwill gesture.

Even then it will only be a small credit to his bill or a months free but nothing like he hopes to get

Lol ohhh dear, the whistling part for the phone doesn't make sense either.... U can't cancel until u return the phone, which by all accounts hasn't even been shipped yet?

Interest? No that won't happen either.
