Where is my new 'phone?

Ordered my upgrade on the 28th April. System said it was in stock.

Took my CC details to pay the upgrade charge plus a case. Took the money.

Immediately received an email saying 'something has gone wrong'.

Called the following day only to be told it was out of stock and would be 3 days.


Called again on Sunday. After much complaining told it would be shipped Monday (yesterday).

Still haven't received it despite O2 sitting on my cash for a week now.

Dreadful service. I'm tempted to send it back when it comes and cancel my contract.

It really is very poor considering how long I have been a customer.

It was actually Customer Service who said it would ship.

As the tracking status hasn't changed my guess is that was another lie.

It's pathetic

As evrr, I will vote with my feet and when they refund the upgrade charge, I shall be demanding interest. They can whistle for the 'phone until I get it.

Voting with your feet can be tricky.
I suggest removing of socks before holding the pen and then using a wipe after, for hygiene reasons.
