@madasaf1sh volumes are pretty low right now so we'll leave them as is. If we see a massive spike we can think about merging or doing the lock and redirect method.

Where is the communication for those affected by not receiving their order on launch day, this is a joke. I have no idea what's going on and shouldn't have to come on a forum to try and find out what's going on with my order. O2 are a big company, at the least they could send us a email to let us know what's going on. Not professional at all.

Been on phone to O2 about my Preorder a couple time yet they seem to give mix Matching information. My O2 app says it hasn't launched yet and it also says I'll recieve it on launch day however nope still nothing. Could send us an email to say it may be late.

I'm waiting to as I payed off my device plan only for o2 to say that my s22 ultra is out of stock and no information as to say when it will be in stock.

No it doesn't - the only details on my O2 a/c state 'Being processed' and has been like that for some 2 weeks !. What worries me is that I only ordered the phone to qualify for the offer of the Samsung ear-buds - I hope that, if there IS a delay, that it doesn't 'Time-bar' me for the offer ??
