S22 Plus Pre-order Conflicting information

So my order tracking says 'waiting for launch date' before moving to the shipping stage (which is tomorrow), whilst the text underneath says my order will be with me on launch day.

I've seen no change to my order tracking, even though the launch is tomorrow and it's nearly 7pm. Are we actually getting our devices tomorrow or not? Otherwise I fail to see the point of me pre-ordering.

It all depends on stock levels which we understand to be quite low due to Samsung's difficulties in distributing the product.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Thank you, it's infuriating they didn't specify this when ringing me up to get me to upgrade my phone, promising launch day delivery. Had they been more open and honest about this, I would be nowhere near frustrated, my biggest regret now is renewing my contract with O2.

No one on here or in o2's sales or CS team will now how many Samsung have sent them, until they arrive in the warehouses and then it will be on a first come first served  basis... 

 

The same can be said for EE, Vodafone etc

I had the same and at 2am this morning I had a text saying it was delayed and my tracking has gone back to order being processed!! Very frustrating after ordering 4 weeks ago!!

Blame Samsung as they really have screwed up, and to be honest they are now worse than Shapple for product launch quantities...

I also blame O2 for this, Samsung can't help a chip shortage, but I can blame O2 for ringing me to get me to upgrade and said that to choose between black or pink gold, as those where what they had left for launch day stock. Had they stated the delay, and NOT said I would have got it on March 11th when THEY rang me. I wouldn't be as annoyed as I am.

Ordered 23/02. 

No communication. No Updates. Dismissal customer services regarding the whole issue.
