Hi,
Just bought 3 sims using the uswitch offer of 40GB for £8. I bought 1 this morning and the other 2 a few hours ago.
In myo2 I just see the 1 sim I bought this morning. How can I download the esim for the other 2 sims if I don't see them in myo2?
Thanks
In order tracking 1 of them shows as complete. The other 2 are still processing. Will they show in my02

Thanks for your replies guys.
I can see all 3 sims now in myo2 but finding it difficult to port 3 numbers to o2. MyO2 only lets me do 1 and its pot luck on which one will get done. They are porting my number onto my daughters sim. Luckily it won’t affect me because all 3 sims are the same. Just need to swap sims around. Will ring tomorrow to sort out the other 2.
O2 need a better online system for porting numbers.

I would think you have to do one at a time. Then the next one should show in My O2?

thanks for your reply.
In my02 only 1 sim is listed. Can’t see the other 2 sims so can’t download them.
in order tracking it still says processing for the 2 sims. Will they show up once order is complete?

Will wait until morning. Looks like the sim's aren't active yet. tried ringing and it says the number you have called could not be recognised.

To be honest I've never heard of multiple SIMs being installed via MyO2 so I would like to see the answer to this.

Three x SIMO contracts, even from USwitch, in a short space of time might mean some are delayed due to O2's credit checks for contracts #2 and #3,@Kamal80 - this may help you check: https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/eligibility-checker?resetHtmlCache=360
