Hi all I'm just trying for some help my phone was registered as stolen as I was in tenerife. Since the report I have received my actual device returned to me as it was handed in at the hotel. I rung o2 and told them and they said they would unblock my device this was done on the 8th November 202. Since then I've been in contact every week as they still unblocked the phone but now nearly 2 maths and they still haven't unblocked my device. Could someone help with this matter as they replaced my sim and that's working fine but had to get a cheap phone to use my sim
