Hi I’m trying to hear my voicemails but nothing happening. I’ve tried 901 and the other numbers as advised but nothing. I’m in France if that makes a difference.

901 does usually work from France.

Are you getting an error message at all?

Maybe try calling your number then when it reaches voicemail dial * to access your voice messages.
That should work as i have done in the past.
