Hi,

I just recently got an s20 FE 5G £36 a month. In the plan details it said it was 5G but recieving the paper contract this morning it is saying I am on an O2 4G tariff. Why would this be?

Regard Mart

@Terrier81

All O2 tariffs are now 5g but the information provided by O2 hasn't been updated yet.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@Bigbrozy

You need to look at your upgrade to sim only options, not tariff changes.
