Still I am not able to get voice and data on my Apple Watch 🤬 complaints team saying that I can’t get voice and data because I didn’t get the watch from them 🤣🤣 I’ve never bought an Apple Watch from o2 and had worked perfectly fine previously.. I now keep getting error code 112 and 900.. been on tier 3 tech support but it’s been on hold since July 🙄🙄 and all the complaints team want me to do is to get a good will credit to close the case.. why has o2 got so very wrong the past few years

Multiple phones on the same account cause problems too, so if you have more than one phone, ask O2 to split them into separate accounts.
