Still I am not able to get voice and data on my Apple Watch 🤬 complaints team saying that I can’t get voice and data because I didn’t get the watch from them 🤣🤣 I’ve never bought an Apple Watch from o2 and had worked perfectly fine previously.. I now keep getting error code 112 and 900.. been on tier 3 tech support but it’s been on hold since July 🙄🙄 and all the complaints team want me to do is to get a good will credit to close the case.. why has o2 got so very wrong the past few years

Multiple phones on the same account cause problems too, so if you have more than one phone, ask O2 to split them into separate accounts.

Sooooo o2 and the ombudsman have said that because I bought the Apple Watch direct through Apple is the reason why I am not able to connect 🤣🤣🤣 I’ve previously worked for o2 for over 20 years And I know for a fact it has nothing to do with where I’ve bought the watch as I’ve never bought a watch from o2 ever and the watch worked fine until the last upgrade..

We all know that's a load of bull from O2 and the Ombudsman is just repeating the O2 bull without supporting the consumer (like they should be) and challenging O2 over the legality of such.
If they cite technical reasons we also know that's bull brcause many have bought watches from elsewhere and connected them in the past. Surely this goes outside of OFCOM rules regarding restriction of services?

I know 😫😫 I have even tried to do a transfer of ownership to start a fresh.. they agreed but then I couldn’t because it will be in the same name 🤣🤣🤣

No way!! This has been ongoing since July 2025 and I’ve been playing around with the watch login and I’ve just said on my o2 I’ve forgot my password.. they sent me a 6 digit code on my mobile and then they confirmed my email which was the one I’ve always done but when I attempted to log in this time I am able to add the tariff 😳😳 wow 🤣🤣
