VM to O2 - no inbound calls or texts on O2

I swapped my VM eSIM for an O2 SIM 3 days ago, since then I'm not getting any inbound calls or texts. Outbound is fine with my normal number being sent.

 

Rang VM they told me to ring O2

Rang O2 they told me to ring VM

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
