Hi 5 days ago my son accidentally turned on all restrictions on my o2 account and i cant switch off after this I talking to O2 consultant the consultant said they had been turned off but up today I not have access to the network and I cannot make or receive any calls text messages and mobile data ! can you check it and fix it for me so that I can use the network please I need connection naw because i have small own biznes all ready I lost 4 customers because i can used my mobile no ple remove all restrictions from my account and number
This is from yours apps this restriction is ON naw , can you switch off this all restriction? then I can comeback to us my number and network

prxex 5 dnoo o2 lies and deceives me, showing his lack of respect for the client and zero commitment to solving the problem, my patience is running out, I intend to terminate the contract with o2 due to o2's sole fault for not fulfilling the terms of the contract
