Solved: Upgrading from old iPhone 5c to new IPhone 6 - Page 2

I am trying to transfer to my new IPhone. SIM card fits but the option to restore from iCloud or iTunes isn't highlighted. I don't want to start from scratch simply want all data, contacts etc. transferred over. Can anyone help? I can't get through to O2 as they are always busy.

Yes I did mention that both phones had to be on the same software level
