Slow data

My O2 data has always been a bit slow but I had just done a speed test on 5G with 1 signal bar on my iPhone but surely there’s a problem if it’s this slow. Any way to get it to be faster? thanks

I’m not sure how to attach an image but on 5G with 1 bar, I get

1.49Mbps up

Probably a busy area and the mast can't cope with demand.

You'll probably get faster speeds on 4g.
