Hi,

I've upgraded from iPhone 4s to Xperia Z1. I've been sent new sim but as they are both micro sim I've kept my old sim buy now I have lost Internet access even though it still shows 3g on my phone.
Does anyone know why this is and if I have to switch to my new sim?

Thanks

The OP also never said if the partner had an O2 sim or not. If they got the upgrade Xperia from O2, it would be locked to O2, so the partner needs to be on O2 as well.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Ok let's start again... I upgraded via O2 refresh from iPhone to Xperia however I want to keep the iPhone and give the new Xperia to my partner who is also on O2 but not due an upgrade until Feb. Problem beingbthey sent a sim card with the new phone. This has not been used yet, my partner is all sorted on the Xperia but the Internet has stopped on my iPhone sim but I'm not sure if this is due to my new tariff.... Does this make more sense??

Yes, call 202 and ask them to switch you back to iData.
The system has automatically switched you to standard data.

Ok thank you... Are they going to query why . Got a phone which I'm not using? Should I use the new sim then?

Easier to keep your old sim.....

They won't care what you are using.....
They only care if you stop paying the bills slight_smile
