Why when I log in to my account does it say there are no devices against my account & no number to be selected to upgrade?

It could be that the log in details are different from when the account was set up for you. Customer service will clarify for you.

Hi and Welcome.


You may need to call Cs on 202 if myo2 is glitching if your eligible to Upgrade.

Or if convenient an O2 High-Street Store or independent such as CPW to upgrade.
