My o2 app still says you can get data when allowance is used

Come on o2, the my o2 app still says you get access to data (albeit restricted to 15kbps) when you've used up your data allowance. I've been a subscriber since December and this has never been the case.

Please update it, it sucks you can't give accurate information in your own app.

No, it just cuts off data completely.

Good morning @MI5

Well that saves people risking a large bill at the end of the month so is (in my opinion) a good thing.

Presumably though the customer can purchase additional data via a bolt on.

Yes, but the point here is that the MyO2 app is giving erroneous information as it hasn't been updated.
