If you want help, we need to know what the issue is..

Otherwise you will need to call 0844 809 0202 from a landline

when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

My account has been locked because I was unable to pay my bill. I don't get paid until the 8/10. Can I have my account unlocked until then? I can't even phone the free number to talk to anyone and don't have access to another phone
