Hi everyone, was hoping to get some desperate help. I am with o2 pay monthly. For past 2 months I have been charged 9.99 pounds by Spotify as add on to my o2 normal bill. I have free account with them have checked with them and they claim they have not charged me.
What do I do

Open the app and go to settings.
If you are subscribed, you will see an unsubscribe option in there.
