?
I keep getting to a page showing this technical issue:
"There's a technical problem. Please try again later."

Presuming you've tried a different browser and clearing cookies and cache there's not a lot left other than contacting customer service. You could try the chat option, even they couldn't mess that up.
The O2 website does leave a lot to be desired at the moment.
