Scammed by Plan.com?

Hi, I was cold called yesterday by a company called Plan.com claiming to be a partner of O2 who could half my tariff.

I ended up agreeing to a three year contract starting 10 July, but subsequently have lost access to 5G. It also appears that I have lost all the usual O2 benefits that I had before, for example free roaming etc. I also cannot access any of the regular O2 services like MyO2, and O2 customer service are hanging up whenever I call them.

The online reviews of this company are absolutely terrible, however they do appear to be listed on the O2 website as an approved wholesale partner. This in itself is bizarre as I am a direct consumer, not a B2B customer. I am reading lots of forum posts too about people unable to get a call back from Plan.com or cancel their contract under the 14-day rule as well.

I would like to remove myself from this contract and go back to my regular O2 contract but am not able to contact anyone at O2 to support. Please can someone help??

As you agreed to a contract with a 3rd Party you basically no longer have a direct relationship with o2, and you now need to deal with plan.com (good luck).

If you feel you have been missold you will have to raise it as well with plan.com you will need to call them on

  • Call 03300 88 18 18

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Just got a call from them. I am a retired pensioner and I certainly have no use for B2B services nor do I run a company of any sort.  I just blocked the number.  This kind of thing really annoys me.☹️

Well done @theloneranger

Unfortunately the "carrot" works sometimes you know :  we will half your fees, double your data phone calls and texts  🙄

How many times has it got to be said?

Don't respond to any offers on a cold call.😡

It is upsetting but some can't be saved 😪

The sooner O2 disassociate themselves with these so called 'Trusted Partners' the better

Sadly that won't happen but they could  reign them in

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Why would they when they make them money, which is all they are interested in.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

phoned me up today . initialy i was taken in as they litteraly spoke to me as if they where o2.  only when they sent a contract form via email did i start to question tham as the email did not come from o2.  then when a second call was made about an hour later asking me to use a text service to confirm i wanted to keep my number ect . i knew then something as wrong and told them nope not going to happen at that point the guys got nasty and started to tell me im more hassel than its worth and i had failed the credit check anyway and all ive done is constantly question them.  funny if i failed a credit check surely you would know that b4 phoneing me back to try and finalise the deal lol..   o2 you need to remove this company from your trusted party list immidiatly. they are scamming your customers and this will have a negative impact on yourselves if you continue to associate yourselves with them.

They have been a so called partner of O2 since 2014. So eleven years of this.

They have also been reported as using the same tactics with EE customers.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

The fact that they have been a partner since 2014 shows just how lucrative it is for this company

Just think how many customers have been signed up to one of their business plans and the profits they must be making

Bunch of crooks (allegedly)
