Looked everywhere to change my billing address to place an order.

Live chat amazingly told me that the address I originally register on 'Myo2' can NEVER EVER be changed.

How ridiculous!

You can’t change it yourself on a PAYG account.
Your only chance is to call 4445 and speak to an agent or start a new account with the correct address.

Edit - Image of chat log removed to remove advisors surname.

Customer: So when payg customers change their address they can never change it with O2?

Advisor: Yes Julian, your address will remain the same.

Customer: Wow very very bad!!!

Advisor: I understand your frustration.

Customer: Maybe I'll buy from a different company.

Customer: Tell your managers its very bad.

I believe he is correct but the advice usually given on here is to call rather than chat.
Worth a cal just to check?

Perhaps they aren't interested in keeping track of PAYG customers?? Ridiculous if so.

What if you need a new sim sending out if you live miles away from an O2 shop?

Hey @Mancmonkey I've asked for clarification on the situation around PAYG customers changing their billing address. I'll update this thread once I get a response. wink
