Hello O2 Business Support Team,
I am reaching out regarding the three lines under my business account:
1.Two of these lines are on SIM Only deals. My contracts for these lines have ended, yet they are still active under the current plan. I’d like to change the tariffs for these two SIM cards, as I am currently paying more than I’d like.
2.The third line is linked to an iPad plan and will remain active until August 2025.
In addition to adjusting the tariffs, I would like to change the billing details and the business address. Specifically, I’d like to transfer the account and billing for these lines to another company I own, so that payments are processed through a different bank account.
Could you please provide guidance on how to proceed with these changes, and arrange for a representative to assist me urgently?
