Hi,
Whenever I upgrade my phone I always do Paypal pay in 3 at checkout. A couple of days ago I went to do it at checkout, I got charged but then it just went back to the payment page, there is obviously an issue with paying via Paypal on the site. I tried again today and it is still doing it, how do I report this?

You need to contact O2.

You also need to report it to PayPal as well, as they are known to change there policies on what can and cant be used for pay in 3

Hi,
Yes I will speak to them in the morning. The pay in 3 option comes up and it takes the money and sets it up at paypal's end but then goes back to the payment page.
I used it last month on my other device upgrade so know it works.

Not unusual for O2 to have a flaky payment system.
