can someone please tell me why i can't track my order. This message keeps coming up:

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

What is the url you are using to track?

404 means the page doesn't exist so most likely a mistake.

If you are clicking the link in the email, right click it and press 'copy link' and then paste it here?

i am accessing the link through the o2 website

Okay - but can you still paste it here?

I know it should be simple to track your new phone but it's just to make sure everything is correct.

If you have no luck, you can use webchat or call o2 and give them the order number?
