I have a Nokia Lumia 620 pay and go . I cant send any picture messages. It keeps saying try again. I have spoken online chat to 02 3 times  but they keep giving me settings and they dont work. Anyone having this problem.  I changed from pay monthly to pay and go

It sounds like the facility may not have transferred across when you switched to PAYG so I suggest you call CS and ask them to remove MMS from your account and then reprovision it. The process requires a 24 hour wait for the service to become active but I think it may be the issue.

Before trying anything else, check this setting, Settings>Mobile network>Data connection. It needs to be set to "On" to send MMS's.

 

Did you get a new Pay and Go sim?

 

Do you have a data tariff?

Yes tried that, also did get a new sim but kept my old number I have Pay and Go go and you get 100mb. I havent used it yet
