What I mean is, what date do your allowances start on?
They only renew once a month so if they have been used up they won't renew until the anniversary date.
In the meantime, you would be using the £10 as credit to pay for calls or texts.

It's saying I did not have enough credit on my phone to get the next Bundle tariff which is £10. When I topped up on the 17th Sept, that put my balance up to over £11.50p, I think.Should that not have allowed me the next months bundle?

I would assume that between topping up on the 17th and the renewal date of the 18th you used some credit which dropped your balance below £10.00.
I cannot check that detail on your account but if you call 4445 and speak to CS they can.
You could also try live chat http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus but you are better off trying to call.
