Top up won't update balance

Just topped up and got email confirmation but it won't update on my phone??

Hi @Anonymous Turn your phone off and back on again and check if it has updated then. There was someone else yesterday who had a problem topping up. (though if you have had confirmation yours should be topped up...just may not be showing yet).  If it doesn't correct itself and show new balance after rebooting the phone then give customer services a ring and explain to them http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
