i left a few months ago, i have an outstanding balance and the chat line robot is useless. I dont want them to send me a cheque as i have moved. the robot will not put me through to a human. They havnt refunded as they say they will in 30 days and they just keep sending me bills with a credit balance.
hence one reason i left O2 after some 20 years as they wont talk to you and now this has joined with virgin it is even worse,
