Just took out a new contract but having to pay £150. Was told no upfront cost. No, I am overdrawn!!!! Not happy

It could be a deposit based on your credit history?

Just got off thw phone with O2, they could not tell me exactly. No upfront cost but £150. They will have to cancel the order and I wait 5-7 working days...
