How can I change to a sim only deal. I guess they are around the £10 per month. Just called 202 but upgrade options were closed so was the department to change my deal or package. I'm paying the same amount beyond my 24 months contract by another 14 months so its a bit excessive now.
They told me I can use the O2 app. Yep tried it. All deals are for around £20 to £30 per month. You can pick a deal up for around a £10 for loads of data and all that etc.
How do I switch in the app to a decent deal?
