So i’ve been stuck on credit check for a week now, called customer service to get an update to be told they couldnt find my order and to try placing it again, which im obviously not gonna do because ill be paying for 2 if the first one ends up going through, they haven’t refunded the upfront cost so im assuming i havent been rejected, i desperately need a new phone right now but cant go buy it from somewhere else as this one could still go through, i asked just to cancel it so i could get one elsewhere quicker, but as they’re saying as they cant find my order they cant cancel it, but obviously i have am order since they charged me the upfront, genuinely have no idea what to do at this point, spoke to around 5 different staff members who were no help at all

You are best speaking to Sales rather than customer services, on 0800 081 0255 as they can see the orders.

I too had the same issue, been with o2 for 16 years and this I've never had an issue like this before. Beyond frustration
