Im signed up for a contract with 5gb of data and 15gb bolt on for 24 months, the last 2 months i havent been getting th 15gb i contacted about it last month to be told its definitely on my account, so same thing this month only this time i ran out of the 5gb so had to contact again to be told its an on going issue that customers arent getting the correct tariff? Has anyone else had this issue??

If you are still inside your 24 month contract deal you'll have to keep onto customer services to fix your account.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi @mcp1988 

You really need to persevere with O2 to sort this out.

If you have a discounted plan then the additional data should kick in when you have used the original

They gave me 16gb of data to cover the next couple of days on my tariff. But ive another 5 months on my contract and dont really feel like contacting them every month to add it. Its just the said it was happening with other customers so was just wondering if anyone else is having the same issues.
